Understand the work before equipment arrives.

Demolition projects can vary by structure, materials, access, and site conditions. We start by walking through the property and discussing what needs to be removed, the work area, and how you plan to use the site afterward.

Before work begins, Austin explains the proposed scope and estimate. Any special material handling or work outside the agreed scope should be discussed in advance.
