This notice explains how Jones Quality Construction LLC uses information you provide when you request an estimate through our website or a Facebook or Instagram instant form. On this website, the estimate form prepares an email addressed to the company; it does not send your information until you choose Send in your email application.

Depending on the form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, the city and ZIP code of the property, the service you need, project size, estimated start time, and a description of the project and site conditions.
How we use it
Austin Jones, the company owner, reviews estimate requests and uses the information to understand the requested work, respond about an estimate, and contact you about next steps. We may check back once about one month later to ask whether you still need help with the project.
Who can access it
Austin Jones, the company owner, reviews estimate requests received by email. Your email provider processes a message you choose to send. When you use a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta hosts the form and processes information under its own data policy. You can read Meta's Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests sent by email are kept in the company email account only as long as reasonably needed to respond and complete the follow-up described above, subject to any recordkeeping obligations that apply. You may ask us to delete your request information at any time.
